So you're stuck with either installing Windows as a dual boot option a la Boot Camp, or using something like Parallels or VMWare Fusion which runs Windows inside a VM. You could always try something like WineX, but I would not get my hopes up about it working, and be prepared to spend at least a few hours scouring message boards and what not to figure out how to set it up.

If you can have Access running on a Windows box, and then set up ODBC, you could, in theory at least, use some alternate interface to interact with and manipulate the Access database.
